I have a background in neuroimaging, developing tools that allow for the ability to measure correlations between people through monitoring their brains. With these foundations, I do leadership coaching and technical consulting, working with organizations and individuals, essentially enhancing performance of employees within their role. Much of my work is based in research and use of universal patterns and concepts to help people. Developer, engineer, and consultant with strong emphasis on accountability and growth with experience leading teams from technical and interpersonal domains.

In business, this is applied to digital transformation, change management, and product strategy mindsets. I do this through LeadingAgile.
